JUSTIN OSANO | COACH/FOUNDER

Justin is a Powerlifting Coach and the Founder of Osano Training Concepts. He has been competing in the USA Powerlifting federation since 2015, ranked nationally, holding numerous records in the state of Florida. He received his Club Coach certification in 2019.

Justin strives to provide comprehensive, progressive and sustainable training. He hopes to motivate and inspire others, to show them they can achieve whatever they put their mind to.

PHILIP TRUONG | COACH

Philip is a Powerlifting Coach at Osano Training Concepts. He is an alumni from the University of Florida with a degree in Sport Management. He has been competing in the USA Powerlifting federation since 2018, ranked nationally, holding numerous records in the state of Florida. He received his Club Coach certification in 2020.

Philip aspires to make his training comprehensive, effective and transparent. He sees his clients not only as clients, but as friends. Keeping your best interests in mind and taking your training as serious as you do.

TAMMI RAMOS | OPERATIONS

Tammi is the Operations Manager of Osano Training Concepts. As a Registered Nurse she has transferred many of her non-clinical skills to her managerial duties with the company as she oversees day-to-day operations.

Tammi found her passion for powerlifting in quarantine during the covid-19 pandemic, admiring the sport for its ability to challenge oneself, to build strength and confidence. She hopes to share this same passion with others in their experience with Osano Training Concepts.

DR. JEREMY BUTAO, PT, DPT | TEAM PT

Jeremy is the Team Physical Therapist at Osano Training Concepts. He obtained his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University. His passions with the human body and lifting are a perfect fit at Osano Training Concepts.

Jeremy’s goal is to have every single athlete he cares for lift pain-free and at their strongest. He is committed to using all the knowledge and skills he has to ensure that they are able to achieve all the goals they have - in powerlifting and in life.

RAYMOND TRANG | COACH

Raymond is a Powerlifting Coach at Osano Training Concepts. He is an alumni of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is pursuing his MBA at the University of Maryland College Park. Coming from training with Olympians and nationally competing in Tae Kwon Do himself, he found powerlifting in 2017 where he competes in the 75kg division.

Raymond’s main objective is to allow his clients to compete at their highest level while balancing the necessities of life. He values the importance of competition as a catalyst for growth and hopes to share that with his clients while maintaining a healthy balance outside of the gym.

LANCE MAULSBY | COACH

Lance is a Powerlifting Coach at Osano Training Concepts. He is currently a senior at the University of Florida with a major in History. He has been a coach for the Florida Powerlifting Club since 2020 and has been competing in the USA Powerlifting federation since 2018, holding multiple state records.

Lance strives to provide highly individualized training that responds to emerging information from each of his athletes. This allows him to create a training process and coach-athlete relationship that reflects each athlete's unique circumstances.

Coach Philip Truong is one in a million. He took me on when I was brand new to powerlifting and in less than two years has helped me add ~250lbs to my total. Restarting my lifting journey, I was looking for guidance to reach the goals I set for myself. Having been with OTC for the last 6 month, I have learned what it takes to reach them.
