A: Visit our website and fill out our Consult Form for powerlifting coaching or physical therapy services, and we'll get in touch with you to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them!
Q: What is included in your coaching?
A: We have multiple coaching options that can include partial or full coaching access, weekly-updated individualized programming, daily communication, and monthly check-in calls.
Q: How is your coaching delivered?
A: You will receive coaching through our app! There you can access yoru plan, upload videos for review, and communicate with your coach.
Q: Do I need any specific equipment?
A: Not necessarily! We can usually make do with what you have, whether you're at a commercial gym with less specific equipment or a powerlifting gym with all the necessary gear.
Q: What is telehealth physical therapy?
A: Telehealth physical therapy involves virtual consultations and treatment sessions with our licensed, board-certified physical therapist, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home.
Q: What conditions can you treat?
A: Depending on the severity, we can treat a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehab, and mobility issues.
Q: How do telehealth sessions work?
A: Sessions are conducted via video calls. During the session, our physical therapist will assess your condition, provide guidance on exercises, and create a customized treatment plan.
Q: Is telehealth covered by insurance?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time.

A: Yes! We offer a 20% discount for current students, healthcare workers, and military members. Proof of status is required to receive this discount.
